I chose this rating because it's hard to see the food logs at the end o f the e book. I LIKE THE BOOK PRETTY MUCH and glad I purchased it. One of the best info. That could have been given, was given in this book. Using the 20-30 rule of logging before after a meal. As well as other given ways to log LIKE photos of meal or recordings ofWho what when where why how and how much helps you remember when on the go.this info. was very useful since I work Mon. Tue Thur Fri 1-6pm and sometimes Wed. As well also Sat 8-5pm and Sun 10-3 pm I am a delivery driver for NAPA auto parts and out on the road most of the time
Still love my job though as well as learning new ways to log even at work I would recommend this book to friends
